⚠️ Retiring June 24, 2026
The i360 Walk app will be officially retired on June 24th. To continue accessing your walk surveys, you will need to download the new i360 Grassroots app. This article explains what to expect and how to make the switch.
What to expect
The message you'll see
After June 24th, walk surveys will no longer be served through the i360 Walk app. You may still be able to log in, but you will see this message:
"You do not have any active surveys assigned. Please check with your coordinator."
Note: This message is an indicator to switch apps — it does not mean your surveys are gone or that your coordinator needs to take action. Your surveys are now only accessible through i360 Grassroots.

Getting started
Logging in
Use the same credentials you used in i360 Walk — no new account needed.
Accessing your surveys
Download and open the i360 Grassroots app.
Log in with your existing i360 Walk username and password.
Your assigned walk surveys will appear on the home screen.
